Southlake, Texas – October 25, 2013 – Emerge Energy Services LP (“Emerge”) today announced that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.86 for the third quarter of 2013. This represents a 23% increase over the pro-rated second quarter distribution of $0.70 per unit. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2013 to all unitholders of record as of November 6, 2013.
Emerge today announced it will release its third quarter 2013 results and file its 10-Q on Thursday, November 14, 2013.
